Would "Norse warrior" or "Warrior (Sky Serpents)" work as an alternative? Or maybe "Young warrior"? Since young Norse warrior is not an official name anyways, the title could use less words. The linking syntax young Norse warrior doesn't look proper, with the capitalized word in the middle.  Talk Random-storykeeper Contributions 05:19, July 4, 2013 (UTC)

Maybe the name is long, but there are adult norse warriors in the game, and young warriors in other games. Fault FauSign.png Liner 09:54, July 4, 2013 (UTC)
What other Nitrome games have Norse warriors?  Talk Random-storykeeper Contributions 15:04, July 4, 2013 (UTC)
I meant just warriors, but anyway it can be called Norse warrior. Fault FauSign.png Liner 15:21, July 4, 2013 (UTC)
Yeah, but isn't his father a Norse warrior as well? -- 25px-Auto_peg.png Ayernam Salve amicus! Quid agis? 15:33, July 4, 2013 (UTC)

Avatar update[]

According to today's avatar, he is called as Slayer. — Megaphantaze (talk) 05:05, December 9, 2014 (UTC)

NOBODY didn't want to use avatar names, since they're only verifiable by people with an account. I myself am okay with using an avatar name if the protagonist was not named anywhere else in the game or Nitrome blog post.  Talk Random-storykeeper Contributions 06:26, December 9, 2014 (UTC)
Actually, I started not using avatar names anywhere because you wanted to. However, since you're fine using the name given in an avatar as a protags official name, I'm fine with that to. --Talk to NOBODY  Eskimo 1 13:19, December 9, 2014 (UTC)
Hold on, I said only if the character has no name mentioned anywhere else publicly. In this case, slayer is still a suitable name, and more concise. Was there any instance in the game or its description page that indicates that the characters are of Norse mythology?  Talk Random-storykeeper Contributions 05:29, December 10, 2014 (UTC)
Now that I think of it, there wasn't. Maybe I just thought it was somehow Norse related because I thought the game was based off Beowulf? --Talk to NOBODY  Eskimo 1 23:20, December 10, 2014 (UTC)
