Capitalisation[]
Doves would only be capitalised if it's evident that Nitrome names the subject "Doves" rather than "doves", ie. in the middle of a sentence. While it's true that one mention of doves is capitalised in the description for the 8bit Doves website, another mention in the following paragraph does not capitalise the d in the middle of the sentence. Furthermore, another mention of doves in the Jam page also does not capitalise the D, as well as Oh a Lovely dovely Update!. I'm inclined to believe the first D was either a typo (which is expected from Nitrome) or a way to emphasise that there's doves in the game within its first couple of mentions. :/
We can also consider the fact that the word "doves" itself is a noun, not a proper noun. If there was a group or society of individuals that are constantly referred to as the Doves or "The Doves", then it would make more sense to retain the capitalised D. But nowhere in the game's description nor in the game itself does there seem to be any indication of this. I'm not sure about the ending, but I think it's better to go with the more used capitalisation as seen in the blog posts, Game Jam descriptions and even in the description of the 8bit Doves site itself since they are visible for public verification.
Come to think of it, the avatars refer to them as "8bit Doves", but I really hope we don't go with the avatar names, since the blog posts and 8bit Doves site are more public.

- Doves is capitalised in this sense because that is the name of the game. Generally, titles capitalise the first letter of every noun. You didn't think "traps" was capitalised in Office Trap because the name was in the title, did you?
