|Attacks||Firing a bow and arrow, whipping the Spartan with her tail, petrifying the Spartan|
|Health||10 hits with statues|
The level she is on is outlined by a thin line on the level select screen. Medusa, here, is portrayed as a snake with hair covering her face. She has two small arms, one of which she holds her bow and arrow.
When the Spartan enters the area where the fight will take place, instead of entering from the right side, Medusa will enter from the left side, which is behind the Spartan.
Because she cannot be fought up close, the Spartan has to chuck stone statues of her victims when she petrifies them. To avoid being petrified by her, the Spartan has to look away from her when she shows her face. She is quite hard to kill, but once killed, will complete the level.
Medusa has attacks. Her first is to fire her bow and arrow. Her second is to whip the Spartan with her tail when he comes close, usually knocking him unconscious.
Her third, which is probably her deadliest and most helpful, is to show her awful face, petrifying all the enemy soldiers around, and the Spartan if they aren't looking away. Because of this, the Spartan can now hurt Medusa without going close to her, by throwing the stone statues of her petrified victims.
