Lava fireballs are hazards in the game Knuckleheads.

Lava fireballs appear as orange coloured spheres of fire.
Game information[]
Lava fireballs are shot out of lava, and will harm both angry heads on contact, but can be easily avoided for they are much smaller than their colored counterparts. Lava will not always fire fireballs, only in some levels, and only in some places.
