Heather Stancliffe is one of the two founders of Nitrome. Stancliffe left Nitrome in 2010 to pursue a different career.[1]

Heather Stancliffe founded Nitrome along with Mat Annal. She worked at Nitrome for 6 years, from 2004 to 2010. She then started up the site Lyngo Games, where she intended to make games as her job. However, for unknown reasons, Lyngo Games was supposedly abandoned for two years. It was in 2012 that Stancliffe made Lyngo Game' second game: Gnome Invasion.
