Fish are enemies in the game Rainbogeddon, first encountered on level two of the game. They can fire green bullets when they are facing the player.
Fish are purple in colour and has a fish tail at the back of its head and a fin on top of its head. They have big green lips and two eyes, each on a side of the fish.
Fish move slowly, and like most enemies in the game will home in on the player if they are near to them when the player moves. Fish move slowly, flapping their tail to move. They are the only enemy in the game to attack the player with a weapon. If the player goes in front of a fish, two-three seconds later the fish will shoot a green bullet in the direction of the player. This bullet is smaller than the player's obtainable bullets, and if they move down past the bottom edge of the screen, and there is an open apart on the top of the screen in the same direction, the bullet will come through that.
The player will fire the bullet when they see the player, and walls are in front of it. A fired bullet can destroy a wall, but in three to five shots. Fish will fire bullets even if enemies are in front of them, and even if it is possible for the bullet to loop and hit the fish in the back. This bullet will deal less damage than the player's obtainable bullets, and can kill enemies. A fired bullet increases in velocity the longer it is in the air, making it more dangerous if the player is targeted from far away.
