Retired pirates are the sixth group of enemies the pirates fight in the game Mutiny.

Retired pirates are overall grey. The captain uses a black hat which has a white X on it, while the normal pirates use a green cap which has white dots.
Game information[]
The retired pirates are fought at the Boulder Dash area. They are placed at the start of the level to mirror how the players pirates are placed. They commonly throw boulders to attack the player and sometimes dynamite. Often they use the areas terrain to their own advantage.
The retired pirates appear to suffer from memory loss and also appear to have been in several battles before they battled the player. According to the dialogue, the retired pirates have met and possibly defeated the Kraken.
