Blocks are interactive objects in Jack Frost. They are the main component of the game. There are three types of Blocks: freezable blocks (including red blocks), metal blocks, and conveyor blocks.
Red/white blocks[]

Metal blocks[]
Metal blocks are obstacles in Jack Frost.
Appearance[]
Metal blocks are really dark blue coloured blocks that have four bolts in it.
Game information[]
Metal blocks cannot be jumped through from the bottom, as opposed to regular blocks, which makes them obstacles. They also cannot be frozen like other blocks. Metal blocks serve as walls to prevent the player from having easy accessibility to certain portions of a level.

Conveyor blocks are obstacles in Jack Frost.
Appearance[]
Conveyor blocks have grey tracks going all around the block, the actual block seemingly made of wood and having four bolts.
Game information[]
They strongly push Jack frost a certain direction when he lands on them. Although they strongly push him, he can still walk against them, only slowly. Enemies are never encountered on conveyor blocks.
