Flies are one of two enemies in the icon game J-J-Jump.
Appearance[]
Their bodies are entirely black, aside from their eyes and wings. Each has two circular yellow wings, which they flap quickly. Their eyes rapidly alternate in colour between red and yellow (which also causes the eyes to seem to flash orange).
Game information[]
Flies hover in the air, fly back and forth horizontally or fly in circles. They can be encountered in groups or alone. Touching one means instant death for the teeny hero, like all hazards.
They can, however, be killed by jumping on their heads. When they die, they explode in bursts of black ink. Like the spiders, they are first seen in level three.
