Throughout Fluffball, enemies are encountered that may momentarily block the player's way and harm the fluffball if contact is made with it. Enemies tend to be one type of colour, or different shades of one colour. All have a few small, visible feet, and some type of object on or near their mouth. Enemies in Fluffball will always walk in straight directions, and are usually programmed to walk just horizontally or vertically, reversing direction upon meeting the edge of a platform.

Circular purple enemies[]
Circular purple enemies are enemies in Fluffball.
Appearance[]
Circular purple enemies appear as creatures with a pink circular body, a pink bottleneck snout, and two rounded purple feet. They also have two yellow eyes with black irises. These enemies resemble Q*bert.
Game information[]
Circular purple enemies walk in set patterns, either vertically or horizontally. They are found scattered in several different levels. However, they are the first enemies introduced in the game. If the fluffball comes in contact with this enemy, it will lose a heart.

Centipedes are enemies in Fluffball.
Appearance[]
Centipedes appear as a chain of four blue circles as a body and one purple circle as a head. On the body are two purple feet per circle, as well as silver forked tail on the last circle. On the head are two yellow eyes with black irises, two purple antennae, and two purplish silver mandibles.
Game information[]
Centipedes walk in set patterns, but these enemies can also be found walking in square patterns due to their ability to turn their body. If the fluffball comes in contact with this enemy, it will lose a heart. Since centipedes are the longest enemies, the player must be careful not to accidentally push the fluffball into one as it is passing by.
Cows[]

Cows are enemies in Fluffball.
Appearance[]
Cows appear as creatures with a white circlular body and two white feet. Their bodies are spotted with brown circles, and they have brown hooves. They also have a pink tail with a tuft of brown hair on the end. Their eyes are yellow with black irises, and they have a pink nose. They also have two grey curved horns.
Game information[]
Cows also walk in set patterns, usually horizontally or vertically. However, their special ability is charging at the fluffball. If the fluffball is in front of the cow's eyes while it is walking, it will move slightly faster towards the fluffball. Therefore, the player must be careful to quickly move the fluffball across the cow's line of vision. If the fluffball comes in contact with this enemy, it will lose a heart.
