Spiders are one of two enemies seen in the icon game J-J-Jump.
Appearance[]
Spiders appear as black, pixelated spiders. The have a round body and three visible legs (although there might be more legs on the opposite side of them); their eyes flash red and yellow.

Spiders first appear in level three. They walk forward and turn back around when they touch a wall, while their eyes flash red and yellow. They can be destroyed when the teeny hero lands on their heads. When their heads are jumped on, they will explode in a burst of black ink. Some of the ink falls off the screen, while some of it sticks to the platform it landed on. The ink is similar to the residue left behind by killed characters in the game Nitrome Must Die.
Trivia[]
- They appear similar to ghosts from Pac-Man.
- The are not actually spiders, as they do not have eight legs. It is possible that they are meant to be a type of insect.
