Blue Ball bet that Black Ball couldn't cross the magic ocean without getting wet, and put multiple bags of money at stake. Black Ball did cross the magic ocean without getting wet and won the bet taking the bags of money. Blue Ball cried because he lost the bet and wished he never bet that Black Ball couldn't cross the magic ocean without getting wet.

Blue Ball does not appear at all in the game Twang, except in the ending.
